Terms of Service
Welcome to Asher Portfolio & Services (UnrealEmo,
https://unrealemo.space). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, portfolio showcase, consulting service desk, meeting scheduling platform, and internal engineering workspace tools.Agreement to Terms & Google API Compliance
By accessing https://unrealemo.space, creating an account, booking a meeting, or submitting a service ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Asher Portfolio & Services complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service and does not generate, process, or facilitate AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the UnrealEmo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use our services.
2. Description of Services
UnrealEmo provides an integrated engineering portfolio and collaboration suite consisting of:
Engineering Portfolio
Public showcase of distributed systems architecture, software engineering experience, certifications, and technical publications.
Service Desk & Consulting Tickets
Submission, tracking, and resolution of technical consulting inquiries and support tickets via
/tickets.Meetings & Google Calendar Scheduling
Real-time availability calculation, public booking pages (
/book/[username]), and automated Google Calendar / Google Meet event coordination via /meetings.Internal Workspace Tools
Role-protected operational dashboards including background job queue management (
/jobs-management) and Identity & Access Management (/admin/iam-management).3. User Accounts, Registration & Security
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, booking a meeting, or submitting a service ticket.
Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and session credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Access to protected screens and APIs is governed by assigned roles. Attempting to bypass access controls or probe unauthorized endpoints is strictly prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
When using UnrealEmo, you agree not to:
• Submit spam, fraudulent meeting bookings, abusive service tickets, or unsolicited commercial promotions.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, background job runners, or OAuth integrations.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to flood public booking or ticket endpoints.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Generate, upload, process, or distribute AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII) or violate the Google APIs Terms of Service.
5. Meeting Bookings, Cancellations & Third-Party Integrations
Our scheduling features integrate with Google Calendar and Google Meet via official Google OAuth 2.0 APIs:
Host & Guest Authorization: When a host connects Google Calendar or a guest books a meeting slot, UnrealEmo checks Free/Busy availability and provisions calendar invitations and Google Meet video links on behalf of the participants.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Both hosts and guests may cancel or reschedule booked sessions through the platform. Please provide reasonable advance notice when cancelling a confirmed consultation.
Third-Party Terms: Your use of Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, and Google Meet is additionally subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Google Calendar integration at any time in /meetings.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content, software architecture, UI designs, visual elements, documentation, and trademarks displayed on
https://unrealemo.space are the intellectual property of Le Thanh Trung (Asher / UnrealEmo) unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from proprietary platform code or materials without prior written permission.7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The UnrealEmo platform and all associated tools, scheduling integrations, and consulting portals are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnrealEmo and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform or temporary unavailability of third-party calendar or email providers.
8. Termination & Governing Law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, revoke access permissions, or cancel bookings at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in abusive behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the platform or requesting account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
